Had my hair cut by Sam who made every effort to make sure I was comfortable. Having not had my hair cut in years I was extremely nervous. She talked me through everything she was doing. She asks about how you currently look after your hair and offers advice throughout. My hair is shining and she kept my length which I was most worried about. Left extremely happy & will be a permanent customer. Thank You !

I took my niece for a first hair cut and booked in for a wash. Dry and trim with Sam. Such an amazing lady. She was so calm with her and was talking to my niece so lovely to interact with her and to make sure she was OK during this service. Highly recommend!!!! I really want to SHOUT about how brilliant my experience was today at A.S.K hair and beauty. It is a gem of a hairdressers based in Chesham Broadway with fantastic transport links (the bus stops right outside). Sam was warm friendly and extremely knowledgeable and the cut I came out with was beautiful her helpful tips and guidance were great to. I would recommend this place to everyone and the icing on the cake is the value for money prices .I will be back thanks again Sam for giving me a real confidence boost

I was told one price then over charged when my hair was finished. Whilst in the chair the owner was telling other customers I refused to have my hair trimmed for £40 i did not want. I had already agreed to £98 for a full head bleach then she told the customers again i wouldn't pay for a toner i knew nothing about. She said my hair would not look good if I did not have a toner for an extra £30. I made it clear we agreed a full head bleach at £98, because I was not happy she said she would do extra at a loss, a load of rubbish. . And before you mention the condition of my hair colour etc you had already checked it before you started bleaching my hair, you said you had no idea I had a darker colour which I had already mentioned to you.When finished she charged me £110.She was very unprofessional in telling customers I refused and it was very embarrassing , I did not book for a hair trimm or extra toner. And I really had enough of hearing the F wordI will never go back there again.Service: Hair coloring

I had a balayage around a year ago, was a terrible experience, hair was not bleached as much as I asked for, and had two random platinum blonde blocky strips in my fringeI went back to get it fixed and all that was done is more foils in the blocky fringe (that was yellow) to make it platinum blonde and a random dark brown streak in it (my natural hair is mousey blonde)When I went to another hairdresser for the first time since having this done and they said it was uneven and one side was a lot more bleach damaged than the other - I haven?t done anything to my hairThe cut was pretty good though, although shorter than I?d asked forServices: Hairstyling

Booked an appointment with 3 weeks notice for next Saturday. Just got a text out of the blue to say it's cancelled, without so much of a call beforehand or reason why. Very disappointed as was keen to try them as a new customer. All I can assume is they are having trouble due to covid. If you want a balayage from brunette hair and want to WASTE 200+ £ FOR NOTHING, this is the perfect place to come....clearly somebody needs more experience in listening and most important CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! How can you talk over and over your customer endlessly and not even offer the chance to make it better if the customer is unhappy after have paid 200+ £ ? How an earth???
