Visited the shop on Friday and I must say I haven't seen this shop look this good before. The new store manager Tracey was so friendly and helpful, it's so refreshing talking to someone who actually enjoys what she's doing!

I visited this shop for the first time this morning, it will certainly be my last.One of the ladies was rude, not very helpful, l did not see the sign on the door saying no donations Which was pointed out to me, as l left a box of books and some quilt covers on the counter. Then the woman was asking me, am l going to pay for the books or what ! Prior to that l went back to my car to retrieve some more items, (still not knowing, that donations were not being accepted.) when l got back the box of books l left on the counter had gone. To be told they are out the back. If your shop is not taking donations, why take books (which can be highly infectious) I thought taking quilts etc would be ideal for cats and dogs bedding. The female refused the quilts but not the books. WHY ? .

I dropped off a donation and neither staff member bothered to say thanks. I went back to mention it as it had really bothered me and all I got was an "ok" and an attitude that suggested I was out of order. Wish I had dropped it off at age concern
