Absolute nightmare experience for 6 months of my house buying experience.
Jack convinced me the property was chain free when it was not the case.Horrendus ,never again.
And they do conditional sale preferring customers who take out mortgage from their inhouse brokers?and so others are left out with the bad deals ..

Sold my mother?s house with Platts and would like to say the service I received from Mark , Chris and Harry was excellent. Very knowledgeable in what they were doing and they kept me informed about what was happening all the time . Would definitely recommend them .

We viewed a bungalow on with Roger Platt in Burnham, Christopher showed us round the property, the viewing started at the booked time, Christopher was knowledgeable on the property and answered our questions, we subsequently made an offer and purchased it.
We were impressed with Roger Pratt that we put our own property up for sale with them and were not dissappointed. Christopher again did the viewings, and on our return he advised us of the viewers intentions.
They found us a suitable purchaser in around 4 weeks. Having found that purchaser, Phillipa kept on top of the sale of our house and the purchase of the bungalow keeping us informed as the process unfolded.
It all ended with a successful purchase of the bungalow and sale of our house.
We were very impressed with the whole overall service we received

Roger Platt estate agents got us an offer on our home within a month of it going on the market. Chris worked especially hard to contact prospective buyers and follow-up on feedback after viewings, and was flexible around my working-from-home hours and recuperation period. He's polite, professionally and friendly. Would highly recommend.
