Absolute nightmare experience for 6 months of my house buying experience.
Jack convinced me the property was chain free when it was not the case.Horrendus ,never again.
And they do conditional sale preferring customers who take out mortgage from their inhouse brokers…and so others are left out with the bad deals...

Sold my mother’s house with Platts and would like to say the service I received from Mark , Chris and Harry was excellent. Very knowledgeable in what they were doing and they kept me informed about what was happening all the time . Would definitely recommend them .
