The best eye test I have ever had by any optometrist was by Mr Nick Haszlo at Vision Express Buckingham last week. He could not have been more helpful and gave me the very best advice. I can fully recommend him.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit as the optician who tested my eyes was extremely knowledgeable answering all my question and I was given information I did not know. I have had my eyes tested since the shop opened and I will continue in the future.

Wouldn't bother if you are a first time user of contact lenses. After 3 months of different lenses I gave up as they seemed like they couldn't be bothered with me in the end. Lady was nice in store when the care package was cancelled and got refunded for the lenses supplied that I could not use.Vision Express customer service online didn't seem to care either with what happened after I explained the situation, no apology at all.Nice one Vision Express!

These guys were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend, I was welcomed and made to feel at ease by all staff from the moment I entered the store. Customer service was 10/10, staff feel naturally helpful, & friendly. Thank you guys

I broke my glasses and popped in to the store in Meadow Walk on an emergency basis to see if some old lenses could be fitted until I can buy some new glasses. Vanita and Marsha were incredibly helpful and fixed everything quickly (and no cost to me) .... A brilliant team!!

I had my annual eye exam at Vision Express in Buckingham.From the minute I walked through the door until I left, the staff here made everything a pleasure!My optician was very attentive, even though my clumsiness & ?blinking? meant I had to repeat some of the machine tests a few times to get the results accurate. He was very patient & kind. My prescription had changed slightly, so I got to choose not one, but two pairs of glasses! To my surprise, they were completely free of charge!! The lovely assistant (I am terrible with names, I apologise) walked me through all the paperwork & helped me choose my pairs of specs & made it all so easy & hassle free.I recommend Vision Express to anyone who enjoys top notch service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. My experience was made all the easier by these lovely people, so thank you!! 10/10

I went to collect my glasses yesterday which only took a week to arrive. Saw Varsha in Buckingam Branch who put them on me to test. Perfect. She is such a friendly and helpful lady and nice to chat and joke with. That's why I go there. Robert Jameson
