What a stressful experience just to order a roll!
Two people before me were stressed with the owners/servers not understanding English. Having to repeat several times and then still getting it wrong.
Ours was simple...chicken, cheese lettuce roll. I didm't want the other stuff. Repeated it to them twice because he repeated back to me incorrect. It was so bad in there I coupdn't face ordering the other rolls. I paid and left....got to car...no lettuce. 3 ingredients I asked for just 3.
Will I go back ?? Hell no !

Website literally states 'With all the fresh veggies and sauces you like.' When it came to finish creating my sandwich I was told that I would be charged extra for sauce. Having never experienced this before over the past 20 years of being a Subway patron I raised my concerns that this was not normal. I was told by the member of staff that the store manager had instructed them to charge extra for sauces as the cost of ingredients had increased. I asked where this charge was shown to customers and I was told it was not on display anywhere but they add it through the till. Not prepared to pointlessly argue any further and not wishing to have my sandwich ruined, I accepted the surcharge under duress. I then continued to payment when I realised that total did not add up to what I was expecting. When I requested the breakdown I was told that their fountain machine was not working and they were charging me extra for a bottled drink which I did not want, request or was not even told about until I queried the total. I tried explaining that I did not want a bottled drink and especially at an additional cost and their machine being out of order was not my problem. I was told there was no other option but to pay if I wanted a drink.I am incredibly disappointed by the service I received today. The receipt shows I was charged for a 'sauce dip pot side' £0.40. I did not order or receive any such 'dip pot' of sauce. I was also charged extra for a fault of the stores not having a working drink fountain.I feel have been mischarged under direction of a store manager who is looking to take advantage of customers to boost their profits.

I had the best subway experience I?ve ever had with Steafen last week. He was so polite and kind and he made the sandwich with so much care. Honestly it was the best! I don?t live particularly locally but will be back for sure :)

Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Too busy arguing with each other than helping customers. Staff didn?t change gloves between meat and vegan orders, and were dropping bits of meat into the salad containers.

They barely give you any vegetables at this branch. Never seen such a bare subway sandwich before
