Disappointing service when car wash failed. I have used this car wash many times. Having paid for the wash, the machine failed to work. On reporting this I was initially told it is working perfectly, with the suggestion being that I was an idiot and didn?t understand how to use it. When I repeated exactly what had occurred I was then told to come back tomorrow. The lady on duty was utterly unconcerned about the failure. Couldn?t care less! My problem not hers.

Very good place. Near Lidl, parking is free.

Customer care appalling.Went in for a simple screen wash top up, used as I been using for 1+ year and the screen wash dispenser decided not to work.Went inside to speak to the lady there, today is 29/04/23, 11am, which was more interested on being in her phone than to speak to customers, I asked if I could have the refund from the machine, as I put the money in, but it didn't work.First started saying it's not 1.50 but 2£, which I politely said is wrong, it's £1.50, and she immediately said, so the machine is wrong, or if it isn't wrong, it's broken!About the refund, I'm having to email an external company for with a complaint!And as soon as I turn my back, straight on her phone...
