Amazing customer service when I came in to purchase guinea pigs. Molly was very knowledgeable and helpful and see she also has a love for the animals. Will always come to this store as it's my local one. Happy staff and nice store

We've had a horrific experience with Pets at Home. Despite purchasing multiple pets from their store, they consistently die after only a few months in our care. To add insult to injury, the staff at Pets at Home have accused us of animal abuse, which is completely unfounded. As a result, we've been banned from making any future purchases at their store. It's appalling that Pets at Home neglects to properly care for their animals, leading to their untimely demise. Their attitude towards customers is also atrocious, making the entire experience even more distressing.

Easy to navigate the store apart from the till area, which gets congested. Clean and well stocked shelves.

We visited today with our puppy coco. Customer service was excellent, we rang in advance about a large cage lady was very helpful and reserved one for us. we was also served by a young man kai who was a great help to us fitting puppy with a coat. Thankyou for your help
