  Our car was a write off after an accident in mid -December leaving us quite shaken. We are so pleased that we changed insurers a few years ago because although this was a traumatic experience, NFU Mutual handled everything on the day itself and the subsequent claim with understanding and care. We felt really well taken care of, and the settlement meant that we now have a new car and confidence that we are well protected. Well done to all concerned.

  Dealing with this company for few years now, unfortunately will be my last, had a accident last year and not 1 person here has asked if I'm ok and how is everything.Apart from Stuart every one else is miserable and not very helpful, asked if they could sort something for me as I got busy, got no, Rude.
