Recycle food that customers do not want e.g cold chips that they literally took from one customer from the drive through window and then tried placing on my tray. Furthermore, you get a poor attitude- it?s like they everyone there hates working there.

Would be nicer if they wiped the tables down occasionally. I struggled to find a clean one even though the place was only 5% full.

Too many incomplete online orders. Dips missing, fries missing, drinks missing, burgers missing. I finally went in to complain and ask for the two missing items a bottle of juice and some regular fries, I was openly accused by the manager of trying to get items under false pretences. I explained that my wife had ordered the food online. He said it was up to me to produce proof of purchase. I was not going to waste even more time. Why on earth would I take the bother to drive to the restaurant for the sake of a bottle of juice and some medium fries?

Can't say much else other than the late staff sorted out Deliveroos issue when Deliveroo wouldn't - manager (didn't manage to get name) sorted out what we presume was an order taken by the driver and sent another. Greatly appreciated.

Disappointed. Ordered via the drive thru and then was ready to pay but no one was on the window to take payments, mentioned this to the manager, only to be told I would need to drive back around to pay. Someone should have been at the window to take payment. Why should the customer have to queue and drive around again, when it wasn't even my fault. Poor customer service and communication from a manager.

We always go there but, we went today and staff was so rude. We ordered ice cream got milkshake and chips was so cold I told the lady and she was so rude with us? she heated up chips in the microwave and gave us and told us to check the temperature never had customer service like this chips was very hard. Really disappointed ? will never go there again
