Disappointing level of in store customer service, verging on rude, similar experience to the one star reviews below.

Lousy service and just not worth it...They just seem disinterested in giving a service, was it just me or to everyone, I don't know but utterly disappointed.

Had a lovely experience over the phone booking in for re sizing of a couple rings. Lady was very professional and helpful, price quoted was very reasonable.However in store felt very different, only two darker haired ladies on both occasions upon picking up and dropping off were polite and helpful. However there was one Blond lady who on both visits came across slightly rude, blunt and liked to throw out little snide comments. Which in her eyes may have been funny but it wasn?t take that way by myself or the company that was with me. When greeted both times I felt like I was an inconvenience more then a paying customer, which has now put me off ever using them again to be frank.Like I said the two darker haired ladies both visits were very lovely. And the overall service on my jewellery for the price was great, however I think some of the other ladies need to work on a bit more friendly customer service.

Quote for repair was less than half the final price paid. Long wait for return of jewellery as well. Not a good experience at all!

These people have been wonderful on my last 3 visits. My favourite very inexpensive earrings lost a vital decorative piece and miraculously they managed to replace so happy. Very reliable.

I received excellent service when I had my watch strap altered this morning, and it only cost £5.00 for 3 links to be removed. 5 Stars....

I am sure their Jewelry is great, however their offer to buy my old gold jewelery was £300 lower than the eventual price i got, distinctly unimpressed.
