Very happy with our new floor, all arrangements were completed very smoothly and the fitter did an excellent job, including dealing with a tricky slope in our kitchen floor. This is our third project with Harris Carpets and Flooring and we would definitely use them again.

Great job done by carpenter Neil, very professional and completed the job on time. Left the place neat and tidy and was very respectful of our surroundings.Just one thing I would like to mention is that trims. Would have preferred if you had explained how the trims would look like and given us a chance to make a decision on it, before the start of the job.We had no choice but to go with compromise trims sadly.

We had a fantastic experience with Harris Carpets & Flooring for the installation of Karndean flooring in our home. From start to finish, they provided great service and we could not be happier with our beautiful new floor.The owner, Matt, came out for a very patient and informative consultation. He took the time to explain all of our flooring options and helped us pick out a gorgeous Karndean design that suited our taste and budget perfectly. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us great confidence in choosing Harris Carpets & Flooring for the job.The installation was completed by the fitter, also called Matt, who did an absolutely flawless job installing the planks. He was extremely professional and skilled, carefully prepping the floors, meticulously laying the Karndean flooring, and thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. You could tell he takes great pride in his work.Our new Karndean floor from Harris Carpets & Flooring looks amazing and has totally upgraded our home. The rich colours and textures are stunning and have modernised our rooms. We've received many compliments! The flooring also seems extremely durable which gives us peace of mind.We cannot rate Harris Carpets & Flooring highly enough. From the consultative and patient customer service, to the expert installation, they provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring, especially Karndean. Their 5 star service matches their 5 star results! We could not be happier and thank Matt and Matt for our beautiful new floor.

We love our new floor! Great service throughout and a really high quality finish.Matt and his team have been amazing from the outset, with lots of patience whilst we deliberated over multiple different samples. Matt was able to provide us with lots of detail about the pros and cons of different products which was very helpful.Everything has been really easy and Matt has been really thoughtful in trying to keep the disruption of having a new floor fitted to an absolute minimum which we really appreciated as a family with young children.The finish is excellent and everything was left clean and tidy which we really appreciated!Can?t recommend Harris Carpets & Flooring more highly.

We had some Karndean installed in the ground floor of our home. The service throughout was fantastic and the product looks amazing. What also matters is the fitting - this part is something that often concerns customers. But this was fantastic - a true representation of the company itself and left you feeling like you were dealing with one company with the service extending beyond the showroom. 5 stars and highly recommend. Very happy with the service received from Matt and the team. The end to end process was seamless and with minimum fuss. All arrangements were well communicated and everything done on schedule.I had the existing Karndean flooring in my kitchen extended right through my dining room and extension to form one uniform space. Part of the floor area is wooden suspended and part is concrete but the preparation to both surfaces before laying the finished flooring has left the difference totally undetectable. Top marks to the fitters Jamie and Tom! Couldn?t be happier with the end result.Many thanks
