Just stopped for a coffee and cake with my dog and was pretty shocked to be charged £0.65 for a pup cup (it's free at Starbucks). I don't mind paying but that feels a bit harsh for a small chip of whipped cream.

Clearly invisible to the staff when waiting in line as both had their backs to me and there was only 1 customer in front. Clearly neither in a good mood and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me, therefore took my custom to coffee #1 instead! Service with a smile or at least an acknowledgement that people are waiting wouldn't go a miss! Shall not be going back!

We called in here on our way home to Cambridgeshire for tea, cappuccino and lemon muffins. The decor was different to most Costas and it looked clean and fresh. The two girls serving were friendly and helpful and offered to take our tray to our table. Another customer volunteered to do it for them = thank you for your help, much appreciated. Then one of the girls brought the rest of our order over. Would call in here again if we are in the area.

Spent nearly £50 in food and drinks at the Buckingham Costa. The sausage was cold in the breakfast wrap. They forgot the iced coffee, tiffin and cornflake cake. At one point there was a queue at the til and there was no staff to be seen.

For the second week running they said the washing machine was broken and so it was plastic cups again ? Lots of chairs in the restaurant were filthy and hadn?t been cleaned for weeks. Staff were stood around talking. This Costa (town centre) used to be good but has gone downhill. We won?t be going back.
