I have always had a very good experience here in Boots. All employees I have asked questions until now have always helped me. Even though they don?t have what I am looking for, they will try their best to recommend me an alternative. Maedeh is one of the employees who has always tried her very best to help me. She is genuinely very understanding and helpful.

Unprofessional staff, untrained, head pharmacist rarely present. Very rude older woman with blonde hair refused a regular over the counter purchase, and is very judgmental on anything you buy. Stay away from her especially, and this mediocre boots chain. I don?t usually give one star reviews, this store has been outstandingly unprofessional and uncoordinated. Go to jardiniers pharmacy nearby, or Lyods in town square by Waitrose.

Boots is always a place of variety. Friendly and helpful staff. It's located right in the centre of town. Free parking available infront and nearby.

On Friday the 27th of January the store 5 minutes late opening up and when it was open there was no pharmacist !!! Today again late opening again 5 minutes. Can I ask why ? Is it the new time of opening.The big clock was correct stating thecorrevt time .

Ahoy there!I recently sailed into a Boots pharmacy to stock up on some much needed antibiotics. Let me tell ye, it was a right fine establishment! The pharmacist on duty was a helpful sort, knowledgeable in all matters medicinal. And the selection of antibiotics was impressive, to be sure.I'd give this pharmacy a hearty recommendation to any landlubber or swashbuckler in need of some medical supplies. Just be sure to follow the pharmacist's instructions on how to take yer medicine, or ye might end up walking the plank.Thanks, Boots pharmacy! Ye saved me from a fate worse than Davy Jones' locker.

Went in for throat sweets 9am. No staff apart from pharmacist who ignore most people.Waited 5 minutes, left. Queue of 6 still there
