Upon our arrival we got served quick and the girl on shift was drunk.
They said 20/30 minute wait, we left and arrived back roughly 15 minutes later.
Whilst I arrive back they took my payment which they should?ve done the first time round.
This is when a gentleman comes in and orders, they say wait time of 40 minutes.
Bare in mind I?m still waiting, 10 minutes later the gentleman gets his food and I?m still waiting, so I ask the manager what is going on, he shuts me down and says ?few more minutes? no apology or what not? I wait another 10 minutes before asking the server who was drunk and she said another 5 minutes, this is where I cancelled my order and no apologies from the manager or server, or no empathy.
They are rude and non empathetic which is ridiculous in an environment.
If I could give a zero rating I would.

Food great if a little expensive. Would be nice if the waiting staff were a bit friendlier and smiled a bit.

The food was absolutely fantastic. But the staff were really miserable and not at all friendly. I'm afraid that's why I gave it such a low score, none of the staff could even raise a smile and it just made us all feel really uncomfortable and it made the atmosphere of the restaurant not very nice either!

This is my second time being here, I came here with my friend and his parents for his birthday and we went for the buffet/creative menu and the food was delicious.
After my friends father explaining to me what food they did and he was helping me choose, and even encouraged me to try new things as I'm absolutely selective of what I eat in a Chinese , so I tried new things and I was very impressed, however there was a long wait for the mains but I'm not complaining and none of us minded because we were pretty stuffed, we did feel like we were looked after! And what I didnt know they could do was they gave us some water to clean our hands in which was a first!!
The food was spot on! We all enjoyed everything!!! ?

Shocking meal experience. Everything was very salty and chewy. The starters tasted and looked like they were from frozen and the sweet and sour was just batter. This isn't remotely Chinese food and shouldn't be called it. How people are falling for it is beyond me.
