Ordered a part in-store, informed will take a week to arrive. Called a week later and informed it was ready for collection but the next day when I arrived, I was told it was cancelled and refunded because it was over 2 weeks when it wasn?t. Came back again and told they can?t refund it for some reason and that it?s not there. Then two days later I get a call to say it was there again and I ended up requesting a refund instead which I had to come into the branch for! When asked about it, I was told that it was there on a shelf all this time!! Absolute nightmare and time wasted trying to get a refund that didn?t pay off the hassle this caused. Never order anything in store or if you do, never pre-pay for any orders to save yourself from an incident like mine. I never had an issue before but then again this was my first order in store which will definitely be my last. I do appreciate the extra 1p in my ?cash refund? that I actually wanted by card, but thanks a lot for the ?inconvenience?, absolutely disappointed in the customer service I received.

Absolutely dreadful ,arrogant unhelpful staff, all I wanted to buy was a battery. 6 times put on hold and hung up on or made to hold untill i hung up. If you don't like your job, get another one. Go anywhere but here.

Gave my registration number for a simple oil and filter change and was given the wrong oil and fuel filter. After spending 2 hours backwards and forwards and then 40 minutes waiting for my new parts I came to the conclusion that this branch could be managed a lot better.

Terrible service only one person serving and when I get there they didn?t have to Bosch light bulbs? This is typical English customer service and Knowbody complains if this was America people would complain ?

The buying process is ridiculously slow. I've actually walked out a couple of times. Also they can't tell you if an item is out of stock at the paying point. It's only when they try to pick the item (usually after half an hour or so) that they then tell you.. ! Before they changed the interior they used to have a young lady with dyed hair and earrings, she was brilliant. Going there was a breeze. Now it's a nightmare, hence I now to Halfords.

I bought a complete service kit for my car from Euro Car Parts MK. The problem started at the very end after I'd almost finished servicing the car and needed to fill the engine oil. Turns out the 5 Litre oil container they sold me had already been opened and was missing 3/4s of a litre. I couldn't return it as my car had no oil in it, so just had to use what was there, and now I need to buy more as my car needed 4.7 litres.I'm also left with a nagging worry if the expensive oil I bought was in fact an inferior cheap oil just put into the container.
