Simply fantastic. Dave phoned me and kept me updated with everything regarding my motorbike. Dave isn?t just a mechanic he is someone who truly cares and takes pride in his work and genuinely cares for his customers. I would 100% recommend Eclipse. Dave went above and beyond and didn?t want praise or attention and he just wanted my bike to be fixed and me to be happy and riding again. Thank you very much Eclipse.

In this day and age if you offer a rubbish service we are bold enough to tell you and warn others! As no one should have to deal with an unpleasant customer service experience!
I had an extremely rude and greedy customer service agent at Eclipse Autos. I simply called and inquired about free diagnostics right at the START of the call. The agent initially said YES, took details only to later demand £118+ for wanting to ?explore?. He spoke down to me, assuming I knew nothing about cars or business, and became extremely condescending when I declined respectfully saying no thank you I won?t proceed.
Are you telling me customers cannot call to enquire of your services?
If your customer service agents are INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL REMOVE your phone number immediately from your so called ?business? and don?t take anymore calls.
Any professional business taking an enquiry would simply say, ?Unfortunately, we don?t offer that service,? instead of trying to BELITTLE potential customers. We are NOT OBLIGED to take on your services and likewise you are not obliged to offer free diagnostic?s if you don?t want to. Just communicate it maturely not as a five year old having a tantrum spewing nonsense!
The market is highly competitive and you WILL absolutely loose customers to the many garages out there offering an honest and transparent service?like MK Car Doctor, where I took my car instead. They were professional and guess what I received? FREE diagnostics and excellent customer care. Most importantly they had a look at my car NO ISSUES WHERE FOUND. NOT A SINGLE ONE.
Contrary to the opinion of Eclipse Autos. Free diagnostics exist and are offered by MANY garages. If Eclipse autos don?t offer it their competitors surely do! They would have milked me for £118+ for what? NOTHING. Thankfully I was smart enough to say NO.
Honestly don?t waste your time with them. Go somewhere else! There are many garages in MK to choose from. It?s crazy in this current climate to behave like this knowing your competitors are around the corner! Learn how to speak to customers and maybe you will covert some sales! The negative reviews consistently demonstrate that Eclipse Autos are Cowboys who overcharge for NOTHING. Be WISE and be WARNED!

I?ve been to Eclipse Autos Repair Centre many times, and I genuinely can?t fault them. Every visit has been met with the same high level of professionalism, expertise, and friendly service. Whether it?s a minor issue or something more serious, they always go the extra mile to ensure everything is sorted efficiently and to the highest standard.
A huge thank you to Phil, Dave, and Taylor, who always provide clear, honest advice and excellent workmanship. It?s refreshing to find a garage that takes the time to explain things properly without pushing unnecessary repairs or hidden costs. Their reliability and expertise truly make them stand out.
A special mention to Macaulay, who has personally helped me on multiple occasions. His ability to accurately diagnose issues with my car, along with his patience and willingness to assist, has been invaluable.
The team genuinely cares about their customers and the quality of their work, which is rare to find these days. The service is always honest, and I leave knowing my car is in the best possible hands.

I am very nervous about who I take my car to for repairs but at eclipse best service and am very impressed with the thorough video links the team provide. Reasonable price and excellent service the boys go above and beyond . Highly recommend 100% .

They charge £100 per hour plus VAT.which I think fair price.my BMW needed wheel bearing replacement. They give me a quotation but the job took longer which they dnt expected.but I got charge same price which they told me from the start.also because my car stays over time at garage. they give courtesy car to use.so my Frist time experience was good and am definitely will go back to them.5 star ? ????

What a friendly bunch!!! Made to feel very welcome and kept updated throughout the MOT as I waited in the waiting room. Great price. EXCELLENT service. Will be back for my service for sure. Do not hesitate to use Eclipse One stop.

Took my Range Rover sport for a front toe alignment that had been a persistent issue for over 5 years costing me a lot on tyres. Dave did an outstanding job in getting it dead straight and for the first time I feel a great deal of positive difference in the handling and over all drive experience.
