Ok costa is Costa, but it tastes better when served by nice people. The staff here are on a next level, really friendly and polite. All other costas should go here and see how it?s done. Head office should use these guys as an example to all other branches on how to serve people?.

Food was allright,,but the Spoon was awfully dirty, employees say its normal. Extremely disappointed. Am i paying them for a dirty spoon? Absolutely ridicule!

There were 3 people working on their laptops and charging up devices. The three people took up four seats each and had one drink each. In the meantime 10 other people came in and had nowhere to sit so Costa lost 10 customers in the space of an hour.

Very friendly staff and great with kids. Took my young son here on Christmas Eve and they couldn't have been better with him. Really appreciate the staff going above and beyond. My son loved it.

It's not a bad coffee shop. I had a very nice toasted sandwich, and my wife and daughter had chocolate with cream and marshmallows, which they loved

Sadly since new management taken over and a lot new staff standards of products and service have dropped considerably .All though the new manager is realy lovely women and has a welcoming smile I feel she is way to young and lacks experience for such a busy unit.I personnel feel the staff need to be trained to a higher standard they all running round like headless chickens getting orders wrong, there a lack of supervision, shouldnt have new or less experienced staff to be left to do drinks and service. I have been coming regularly to this store for over 2 years now .

Lots of hilarity amongst staff ,not saying staff should not enjoy their place of work but very noisy to customers. menu for coffee types not displayed on changing screen so could not choose unless I waited for it to appear , not good if place quiet and have to wait for coffee menu to come round to coffee menu. Flies crawling all over cake display which is open at behind the counter side , convenient for staff but more convenient for the flies. Not sure if I want to go back to costa which I am told is better coffee than the other coffee shops.

The ladies that work here are welcoming and friendly which is why I am reluctant to give only 1 star for service, However Ahmed stops this place getting 5 stars as his attitude really does suck, my advice to him is either sort your customer service skills out and stop dragging the reputation of this store down or find another job that you will be happy in.

I would like to say special Thank You for Naz, who was smiley all the way from ordering to preparing my frappe. Very good customer service, also amazing taste frappe (I had Chocolate fudge one). He made my day. Thank You
