Had my Volvo to 2 auto electricians and the main dealer . None could fix the towbar issue at all. Ian had it sorted for me in minutes. His knowledge is extraordinary and a nice guy as well.

I?m really impressed with the service I received. My windscreen was ordered and fitted within 24 hours, and I was kept updated every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help, even coming out to my house to do the fitting. The whole process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing windscreen repairs or replacements!

The tow bar electrics on my van had stopped working, gave him a call and was able to bring it in the same day. When I got there he started diagnosing the problem straight away and was fixed within minutes. Wouldn?t take payment so had to give him and the crew a couple of beers as a thank you.
Any problems in the future I?ll be straight back there.

Had problems with a badly fitted towbar and mapping it to the car. Without hesitation they corrected both issues without any prejudice. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price.

Needed a tow bar fitting on our motorhome at short notice.
Other companies quoted ridiculous prices.
Called 1st choice, extremely reasonable and very efficient, tow bar was fitted within a couple of days.
Had an issue, nothing to do with the installation by 1st choice but they were happy to sort out problem with no extra charge.
Would highly recommend.

Been chasing a rear leak for months and finally worked out it was the rear windscreen leaking around the edges. Spoke to Ian who was super helpful, gave me a few options to either refit or replace the glass. Dropped in to book it in today and they were able to take a look at it whilst i wait, 90 mins later and the glass has been sealed (the even showed me where the fault was). Looking forward to no more water getting in after heavy rain and trips through the car wash. Thank you to Ian and the team for there excellent service and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We needed assistance today with our tow bar electrics (not I must fitted by 1st Choice originally) Having spoken last week to Marcus at 1st choice, who I must add was exceptionally helpful and professional in booking us in for today.
On arrival we were greeted by staff there and Ian who carried out the works for us!
Ian put right what was wrong and was very thorough in doing so

Ian and his team are absolutely brilliant. Friendly and trustworthy! We now use them for all our company windscreens after being continuously given awful service and rip off pricing by the usual big names that will come to your mind!
Also, whilst waiting, when I hear them on the phone to customers it is clear they know everything about what they do - as they?ve been working in this specialism for many years!

Fitted me in at very short notice after a slight towing mishap. I was expecting to need a new towbar, but left 10mins later with my old towbar fixed and working perfectly. And they refused any payment whatsoever. I would recommend 100%

Dropped in at short notice to see Ian who helped fix an issue with the plastic surround fittings on my Land Rovers windscreen. Did a great job, highly recommend Ian and the guys here! Top work and advice he shared with me. All in all 10/10!
