Amazing treasure trove of a shop with such variety of mobility supports.
Staff went above and beyond to look after us and to provide advice and service- they welcomed us in and looked after us like family. When you have mobility challenges, life is difficult enough, to have such kindness, ideas and help to make getting up and about a little easier is just the encouragement you need. Highly recommend this emporium with a heart.

Visited the shop in Beaconsfield hoping to hire a power chair. Matt showed me 3 different chairs and let me try them. It was a bit like Goldilocks and the 3 bears. One was too hard, one was just not comfortable and the third fit me like a glove. Went around and out with Matt explaining everything I needed to know about the chair and that was it. Decision made to buy the chair and Sam delivered it to my care home just a few hours later. Matt even agreed to buy my redundant mobility scooter and collect it from my old home. Perfect service from a lovely couple who truly understand what customer service actually means

We hired a scooter for my brother to enable him to have access to an event that without the support from Matt and his team, would have not been possible.

I WAS very impressed with our treatment at We Do Mobility. Both Matt and Sam were most helpful on our first visit with plenty of time to try out various mobility scooters. Once a decision was made it was plain sailing with no pressure. The scooter was delivered when requested by me when all operating controls were fully explained. Very pleased with everything.

Premises tucked away off main shopping street in this attractive town, but spacious and sufficient to try out the good variety of machines in stock. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thoroughly recommended.

My 2 scooters started playing up so I needed them serviced and put right ,one needed batteries but after several bad experiences of buying batteries on eBay which had been stocked too long without charging and could not give full power I wanted good new batteries . They did supply good batteries and solved the problems even supplied a new charger which I knew I needed but had been in two minds about which one to get. Picked up and returned the scooters on time and for the work done a fair price with good advise and friendly service. You may ask why I need 2 scooters but I do a lot of mileage and the pavements are full of potholes broken glass and I'm forced into hedges by pavement parked cars I get a lot of punctures . I would confidently recommend this firm to anyone needing a scooter or wheelchair serviced or repaired
