Alex is the most lovely delivery driver! He really went above and beyond with my delivery! Everything was delivered with care and was accurate to what I ordered, and he really made my day by giving me some lovely flowers and giving my dog a treat! I will definitely be choosing Waitrose for my deliveries in the future! :)

Great store with very good food at good prices , only reason why ive not gave 5/5 is the car park is badly designed too many sharp turns and no pedestrian walkway so is dangerous , I saw a lady have her number plate knocked off by another driver as lots of elderly people shop here and they have no clue how to drive lol

I can get the items I need quickly from this store. There is always staffed checkout open which is very good. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and accessible . There are customers toilets.

Nice size waitrose. It's my preferred supermarket as they do the finer items I like whereas more budget shops don't.
