Unfortunately I received a very basic haircut for a very high price. I decided to go back to this salon due to excellent experience years ago. The stylist spent a lot of her time washing and brushing my hair and then made a very simple straight trim and a simple blow dry. Blunt cut and no texture resulted with a lack of shape, just a straight heavy hair, when I clearly asked for volume and lightness. When asked for adding waves as a finish I was told there would be no time because she spent too much time brushing my hair after wash and there was another customer waiting. The reason I went to a senior stylist was a need for a professional cut but instead I got a trim for £75. Waste of money, I?m totally put off by Toni and Guy in Beaconsfield.

Adrian is always brilliant, deals with my hair which is temperamental at the best of times.I always come out feeling like I?ve had a proper hair cut and he got it right which isn?t common these days.Good coffee as well.Strongly recommend!

AVOID! Absolutely patronising and bullying behaviour from STAFF!! Because I have long hair she was huffing and puffing whilst I?m having treatment!! AVOID!!!!!!!! Probably put me off going to a hairdresser for a long time now!!!!
