I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Timpsons in Sainsbury's, Beaconsfield. Upon arriving, there was no one at the counter, which wasn't an issue as I only needed to print photos. While using the machine, I received an abrupt comment about the cover being off the payment machine, which caught me off guard. Although there was no signage indicating that the photo payment machine couldn't be used, I initially assumed it was my mistake. Later, when I needed assistance with the machine because Sonny was busy, I was met with a response like, "I don't understand why you keep asking me silly questions." I asked him to be more polite, but he continued to act annoyed and complained about me to others. I left the store feeling upset, and I've reported this incident. I hope nobody else has to experience this kind of treatment.
