BAD MANAGEMENT AND NOT 24HR!!!
went on a really busy evening as it was right after a taylor swift concert, management only put one person on alone
the guy working had a delivery come in so he wasn?t taking any orders and put up a barricade, me and loads of other people got turned away
absolutely disgraceful, don?t advertise 24hr if you aren?t, it wasn?t even an unreasonable time of evening and there were about 50 people in the building

Absolute Disgrace ? Management Should Be Fired!
This Starbucks has become a complete disaster. Just 2-3 years ago, it was my favorite spot for great coffee and excellent service. Now, it's an absolute disgrace and a waste of time and money.
The coffee is horrendous. Every drink I've ordered lately tastes like it's been brewed with burnt, stale beans and left out to rot. It's disgusting and undrinkable. How can a coffee shop serve such consistently awful coffee? The decline in quality is both shocking and unacceptable.
The staff are unbelievably rude and incompetent. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. I?ve stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity, completely ignored. When they finally do take your order, they act like you?re a burden. The customer service here is non-existent; the staff are lazy, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful.
The drive-thru is an even bigger nightmare. The wait times are ridiculously long, and when you finally get to the window, you're met with the same rude and clueless staff. Orders are always wrong, and there's never an apology or an attempt to fix the mistakes. It's infuriating and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
The management at this location should be fired. The general manager and drive-thru manager have completely failed in their roles. Their lack of oversight and care has turned this once-great Starbucks into a complete joke. It's clear they have no idea how to run a decent establishment and couldn't care less about the customer experience.
This place has gone downhill so fast it?s almost unbelievable. The coffee is terrible, the staff are rude and incompetent, and the service is atrocious. Avoid this Starbucks like the plague. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This location is a complete disgrace, and the management should be deeply ashamed and removed from their positions immediately.

Absolutely appalled with the drive-thru at Beaconsfield services. Staff were rude and simply cannot get a drink right.

This is our most local starbucks and definitely our family favourite. Staff always helpful and polite, Jas the manager seems like she cares about her customers and always checks that your coffee is how you like it( my husband is fussy with his coffee!!) Queues generally move quickly and service is efficient.

Coffee is loverly , customer service is dreadful. Guy who served us didn?t acknowledge our existence no hello no mention of how much just put the card machine out. I don?t want a long conversation but to be acknowledged would be nice. I work on customer service so it isn?t a stretch to say hello or even the price.

I ordered no please no thank you just took the money and pointed with his finger to send me down to the collection point when down there people got their coffees I didn?t so I waited and waited , then I asked politely excuse me I think my drink has been forgotten. To which she replied what is it, no apology no sorry for the wait just has my drink shoved on the side the staff seemed pre occupied with a visit from head office or something of the sort either way bad experience

What a terrible bunch of staff, only 10am and they all look so miserable and unapproachable !!! To be honest the Manager is so rude and short I can see why. This is not the way to run a business

This is my local Starbucks cafe situated within the Sainsburys store , Maxwell road , Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England. Every time I go there , I hope it?s cleaner and tidier than before. But as I walk into the seating area I struggle to find a hygienic, tidy and clean table to sit at ! As usual I?ve had to clean my seating area myself ! Then finally once I?m settled, I go for my earl grey tea. The staff are varied on service , some more attentive than others. This time I was served by a regular member of staff who?s very good. The manager I see mostly in charge seams to disappear a lot , to leave other staff to do all the serving , tidying and floor cleaning etc. but as I say clearing up is not first choice of staff , so always messy ! Ok the the food display is tidy and good usual arrangement of hot and cold drinks. But all in all the cafe is not a place for adults without kids to sit , as it?s not hygienic or tidy usually. But I guess if you?re a parent with young kids , you aren?t so fussy on area you sit at ! Ok I guess good for take away , but not good for relaxing rest !

***This is NOT a 24hr Starbucks. ***** Second Entry 01/08/22 **- Second visit - Arrived at Beaconsfield Services at night, and once again Starbucks was closed (both the drive thru and the restaurant within the main complex). Confirming this is NOT a 24hr outlet. I find it strange that they confirmed their hours 5 weeks ago, yet it still states 24hrs. It's simple Starbucks - don't lie to your customers ?- First visit - I visited these Services at 11pm on Saturday 4th June and both the Drive Thru Starbucks as well as the cafe location within the Beaconsfield Services were shut. Other food places like McDonalds were open still.Very annoying as I drove a few miles out of my way to get the coffee I wanted, only to find I had wasted my time!! Not good for customer loyalty Starbucks - if you're not going to be open 24hrs, just be clear and say that. No one minds if they know in advance.

Won?t accept the ?? bucks rewards as they say there a franchise - how does that work it?s the same coffee & prices ?.Always quick to order then a long wait for the drinks ? needs to be sortedThe place needs a bit of investment as it?s look a bit tired

Awful experience today at Starbucks Beaconsfield Service drive Thru! As I unpacked my sandwich while the coffee was getting ready, I did put the wrapping through the window for the team member to discard for me as I did the previous day without any problem. Suddenly a lady coming out of nowhere from the window verbally assaulted me shouting how rude I was to leave it there. I tried to explain but she became extremely aggressive and kept saying how rude I was in a very very arrogant way! Then they did not have a product we ordered so had to get a refund, had to ask for my water and napkins as they were not giving them to me. Not a pleasant visit and obviously this lady is not in the right professional environment (absolutely can?t face customers). Gave two stars still as the other lady was very good but very embarrassed too from her colleague?s attitude, as she rolled her eyes meaning here we go again. She was scared as it?s her manager. That?s how it looked like. Shame as we used to come 3/4 times a week for the last 2 years. I?m pretty sure you won?t even bothered reply to me but hey - you might if you have a minimum of manner.

The one star does not represent the staff working, but the unfortunate encounter I had with the manager. Every time I have used the drive thru service I have always been welcomed with smiles and kind greetings, however, on this day I decided to come inside rather than the Drive thru and it was quiet the opposite experience . The manager clearly has a case of short man syndrome regardless of his height! As I overheard him threatening to demote staff, which is absolutely horrific! considering I have always had a good experience and greeted with a smile, even when they have been dealing with difficult customers, it was just very disappointing to see how the staff have been treated. Unfortunately I was unable to catch his name but I believe it was Aias (I think the store manager)
