I ordered 2 paninis for delivery - 1x honey BBQ chicken and 1x festive feast. I received 2x festive feast panini's.
I assume this was because of stock levels but the worst part of this is they labelled one of the panini bags: Honey BBQ Chicken to try and deceive, even though it was evidently another festive feast panini.
It made getting a refund for the missing panini really difficult. If we wanted 2x festive feasts, we would have ordered them... but we didn't.
The deliberate deception of labeling a bag incorrectly is just annoying.
I do think their hot chocolate is the worst I've ever had

Coffee isn?t the best I?ve ever had especially for the price, the staff are really nice but it just isn?t in the most scene location in Sainsbury?s overlooking the car park.

The staff are always so lovely and helpful, very personable and remember those of us who come in regularly. I always find it clean, quick and well stocked.The only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is that the air con seems to always be set to "blizzard cold" regardless of the weather. I like to work on my laptop here but always cut it short because of how cold it gets.

Ive had a lot of bad coffee in my life. This has to be the worst. Just ordered an americano with milk - partner described it as tasting like an ashtray. He wasn?t wrong.

Nice Iced Coffee but way to overpriced and to much I've used to fill up the cup. Fast service waited around 5-10 minutes. But it was very busy before I ordered Wich was a shame.

Really friendly staff who serve up great drinks. Good location, you can grab a drink before doing your grocery shop or sit in the cafe area which is cleaned regularly. Even during busy times you are served quickly and with a smile. If there's any issue staff are quick to address it and do their best to make it right.

The service can be notably delayed, often requiring a wait of 5-6 minutes for the coffee. While this duration might appear brief, it can feel considerably lengthy when one is by themselves in a whole coffee shop.

As usual the Starbucks Cafe area located within Sainsburys Beaconsfield, was in a state ! To say the least. Tabletops not cleared , dirty and food bits everywhere too. No sign of anyone making a effort to clear or clean all either. Even though there seems to be lots of staff behind serving counter ? Then the service is always bad too! I often get opposite of what I asked for , unless I repeat myself several times at least ! But it?s lack of concentration by female staff mostly , as they prefer to carry on with their lurid and detailed conversations of what they did the night before ! So it?s all really a bad experience attending this cafe at any time. But if it?s a relative of someone they serve who they know, has same foul mouthed disposition as them , then they seem to get better service. Zero points on all fronts for this dirty , bad staff attitude Starbucks cafe !! Well visited it again today and not good experience unfortunately! It started with liquid , and food on floor trip hazards. Of which when I reported to many staff behind counter , just fell on deaf ears ? I nearly slipped over after I left paying , just ignored after yet again reporting debris on floor! There was no one cleaning seating area, or cleaning tables either? Yet there were more than 6-8 staff behind serving counter? Why ? It needs a upper management review on staff training , especially hygiene issues there !

Parking: Sainsbury's supermarket car park.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, automatic doors to supermarket. Sufficient manoeuvring room for wheelchairs.

Not a very tasty drink, long queues on weekdays. Not attentive staff at all, mixed up the order, then said there were no ingredients for the cocktail. This is after 20 min. expectation.
Children love this institution, but it is justified or not. Not anymore.

Bad wanted a cold coffee was feeling a bit tired. Ordered a frappe vanilla cream coffee and got something that looks like a vanilla milkshake with no coffee:( when I asked where?s the coffee the guy said you ordered this hmmmm no coffee ? But anyway I felt bad and took it paid £4.75 could have got this cheaper in Mc Donald?s. Thumbs down ??

This is our most local starbucks and definitely our family favourite. Staff always helpful and polite, Jas the manager seems like she cares about her customers and always checks that your coffee is how you like it( my husband is fussy with his coffee!!) Queues generally move quickly and service is efficient.
