25p higher than others. No prepay at the pump option. I had to go inside to pay after fueling, only to find out they don't accept my visa. I was extremely lucky I had enough cash on me.

If you buying anything other than fuel please watch the ticket prices to the till prices was charged £2.80 difference and point it out to the sales assistant who did nothing so I just walked out and left the items there, please complain as it always happening

Today 27/06/24 at about 06:30 I watched in disgust as a staff member rinsed the floor mop of the gents toilet in the wash basin. If this is what goes on in public areas I dread to think what happens in out of sight areas.

Absolutely Jokers. Our Company had technical issues with shell fuel card, so shell themselves told us to do Forcourteye incase card got declined. But at station the big belly men with long beard who call himself a assistant manager refused. later accepted and told his colleague ANIL to take pictures of my truck and send in personal group in order to refuse me in future. Such a rude behaviour. Look like he Owns that garage. All they have to do is just click picture of license, vehicle, fill some details and send a link. Which they think it?s very difficult. Lazy people. Big mouth. Worse service.Just want to tell this jokers that they are messing with 200 fuel card now and each lorry put fuel around £700 every second day. Already reported to accounts team and waiting to go with BP. Assistant manager is bringing a big loss. Joker

Nothing ever works here, car wash is almost always broken, along with the windscreen wash and air facilities. It?s so overpriced, avoid at all costs.
