Great services if you need to collect from Heathrow and have come from the north gives you somewhere to park up, get some to eat, and it?s not gonna cost you an arm and leg to park and wait . Only 20 mins away from the airport.Reasonable price food , good variety for most . Clean and ample parking . Does get busy on the inroad at night with all the HGV?s . But nothing that should cause you any issues.

Great petrol station although as expected at services overpriced. Good shop, plenty of stocked lines. Toilets clean and tidy. There is a Costa machine and a good range of warm snacks. Service good

Not convenient at all, too many roundabouts to get to the services. And the petrol was a 20% more expensive than anywhere else.

The cashier informed me the card reader wasn't working and assured me I'd only be charged once. This delayed my trip to the airport by approximately 10-15 minutes, then when reviewing our expenditure when returning to America we checked the charges and they did in fact charge us twice. Very frustrating

I spoke to a polite gentleman by the name of Gopi, by the drinks, the drinks were warm but he found me a coke drink, I was very tired but he made my whole night, the manager needs to remember staff like this, amazing excellent customer service, thank you Gopi!

A nice service area but the petrol station itself is priced 10+ pence higher than stations at Heathrow. In addition, the toilets were out of service during our visit.

Bit expensive but convenient on the M40 trip to Gatwick. Nice and spacious with good facilities. Didn't go in, but was not crowded as its large and the shop is big and filled with products. Handy garage.

One of the largest Shell Stations I've seen roughly 40 pumps, didn't stop for fuel here as its very expensive at Motorway Prices. However they have a Car Wash and Air, Water and Vacuum Cleaners round the back of the shop/kiosk which is convenient for giving a hire car a quick clean. The counter staff where friendly and the queue in the shop moved quickly.
