Was a lovely venue for our anniversary- they were very understanding with our 4 month old, and my husband?s dietary requirements (carnivore diet- only meat eggs and salt/butter).
The staff were professional and left us to it enough so we felt privacy too.
The quality of the food was great, and the crème brûlée delicious!
Main issue would be parking, luckily we managed to park outside, where there?s space for maybe 4/5 cars?and some local car parks a little walk away.

We visited for a special event after hearing so many good reviews in person about this place, but they either were lying or the restaurant slipped into an alternative reality tonight as we had a shocking evening.
The steaks were dry, cheap and chewy, and not worth the money paid for them - you?d likely find a better steak in the discounted section at the Sainsbury?s across the road. There was also no consistency with how they were cooked - medium rare was closer to well done, medium well served raw. Ordered two of the same and they looked polar opposites. Some plates were swimming with oil and balsamic vinegar whilst others were bone dry. Chips were wet, undercooked and poorly seasoned. Sauces were far too salty and yet the spinach wasn?t seasoned enough. Dessert was both boiling and frozen. Drinks were cleared before they were finished. Staff were rude and uninterested, and yet really overbearing. Felt like our being there was an annoyance to them. We were also advised too late that a certain dish contained an allergy even though we?d advised that people would be sharing it. The list of grievances goes on. Strangely, the only person in the group who seemed to enjoy their meal without complaint was the vegetarian?
Maybe we would have had a better experience if we?d ordered 3 chateaubriands and 4 bottles of champagne each, but I wouldn?t want to risk wasting the money to see if it would change anything. It really put a damper on what should have been a magical experience. I would heed with caution if you visit here as you may regret it.

Had a lovely meal here for our 8 year anniversary. The food was lovely and so was the service and they made it extra special for us by providing a free cute dessert for our anniversary. Thank you for making our first ever Prime Steak experiences perfect.

We visited this steak restaurant for their Sunday roast, and it did not disappoint! The roast was cooked to perfection ? generous portions, tender meat, crispy roast potatoes, and rich, flavorful gravy that tied everything together beautifully.
For dessert, we had the apple and rhubarb crumble, which was warm, comforting, and topped with just the right amount of crunchy crumble and creamy custard ? a perfect finish to the meal.
Our waitress was absolutely lovely ? friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout. She checked in regularly without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, a fantastic Sunday meal with excellent service.

Ten of us met up for annual New Year start. Was not busy at all in the afternoon but the service and food were done well , all meals very good, simple but done well! We were there around 4-5 hours -chased out for next people. Shame such big restaurant has only one table for 10 or more. We had continued buying drinks so were not space fillers. Staff were very good, look on the manager's face was priceless as he thought we were going to stay beyond our allotted time ,he was polite though!

Starter of scallop and prawns in a ? gravy?? Was bizarre and not an experience i would repeat
Steak very dry like it had been left under a heat lamp. Caesar salad had chemical odour and taste- avoid
Overall for the money this is shocking
Waitresses really good but food is a zero

Really good steaks and starter and overall food. Just disappointing that all the small extras will always cost more like chimichuri and peppercorn sauce.

I have been twice and both times the steak has been terrible, first time a Rib eye the second time my son and I had Sirlion 100g of fat and a 100g of meat. My wife has been a number of times but I will not go again
