I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pizza Express in Beaconsfield! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was outstanding?every staff member was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my meal. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, exactly what you?d hope for from a top-quality pizza restaurant.
A special mention to the manager, Nazare, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. She was incredibly polite, professional, and made the whole experience even better. It?s rare to find such extraordinary service these days, but Pizza Express Beaconsfield truly delivers.

Dirty bathrooms - terrible pizza (we have never had a bad pizza from pizza express before but they somehow managed to make this pizza taste like it had been deep fried) - restaurant is in serious need of a refurbishment - highly recommend going to the Pizza Express in Gerrards across instead of

Terrible experience. We couldn't even get to our table. Family of 4, booked for 6:30pm. Ourselves along with 3 other families who were waiting before us, all qued at the front for over 15 minutes with NOT ONE contact from staff. One staff member was busy with 3 deliveroo drivers who crowded the entire entryway.
Seated guests clearly have no value to this chain. After 15 minutes had passed and we had not even a second glance from staff who seemed to avoid all responsibility of hostessing, despite lots of empty tables, we walked next door and had a lovely meal there instead (Shown to a table immediately, amazing fresh menu and kind lovely staff).
AVOID. Shame, as we are a local family who dine out regularly in our town every week.

Ordered for collection. Was a quick service, 3 pizzas, 2 pastas and 3 starters. However, when I got home I realised they gave me the wrong pizza. They gave me the vegan gardeneria instead of the vegan padana which was unfortunate but it was still a decent pizza. Please work on your quality control!!

I have come to this place before and it's be great usually..
This time round it's wasn't the best as services was just terrblie...
The 2 ladies working on shift didn't have an idea how to run a restaurant, they had the backs to customers, and when they brought the food over, they didn't even brig plates or salt/pepper! This is standard at any pizza express u got to.
The food was well over cooked and the pizza was just under burnt, well done.
The man you see in the picture, he saw me many times trying to wave down the women who had the backs to the room, and he ingored.
I will not be coming back

Food was delicious and arrived at the table quickly. Service was pretty appalling, I wouldn?t mind if they were busy or appeared to be short-staffed, but there were 5 tables in for the majority of our visit, and 3 members of staff, one of which appeared to be the manager as she had a different uniform on. One guy in glasses was running around seemingly doing everything while astonishingly the Manager did absolutely nothing other than stand and chat to the other woman and chat. She ignored us when we arrived, deciding to prioritise her chat the the other team member while the guy was in the middle of making coffees and welcomed us in. We waited a long while for our order to be taken, so long that we ordered drinks and food in one go. When the starters arrived we asked for some pizza sauce for the dough balls. We?d finished our starters before that finally arrived. When our mains arrived I ordered a second drink, which never came. We then had to wait an age to get the bill and get out. Looking around us the other tables were just as fed up waiting for the bill to be able to leave. Manager was a complete embarrassment and set a really poor example for the team. Like I said I wouldn?t mind about slow service if it was busy or lacking in staff, but seeing her stand and do nothing for the majority of our visit was massively irritating.

I posted a very honest review of an absolutely terrible experience at pizza express yesterday!
For some reason it had been deleted! So here I go again!
Our pizzas and potato salad arrived after 40 mins with no apology! One of the pizzas was sloppy and undercooked! Potato salad hard and inedible! I took this up with the waitress who nonchalantly said ?it is what it is? incredibly rude I thought! She went on to say many customers enjoy hard potato salad! I think not!
I am a big fan of pizza express but certainly won?t be returning to this branch!
Please do not delete as this is a very honest review !
