Good branch but wish it was open one more day maybe Saturday morning would be ideal but don?t cut the current 3 day week opening to open on Saturday please..

I have used this branch for nearly 50 years now and have always been more than pleased with the service. However the other week I had need to bank a cheque, and needed to ask someone to do it for me as the machine wouldn't do the job. After standing in a queue for a long time which included being totally blanked by a member of staff, a very helpful lady, Nayar, did the job for me. Five out of five is for her!
Nationwide Beaconsfield, you are the only bank in town now. Please spruce up your act to make sure all staff are more customer aware! Thank you.

I came into Nationwide Beaconsfield as I needed help with my online account & to pay an invoice. Nayar assisted me and I found her to be really professional, polite & patient. I was really impressed with her service, she was brilliant!

Many thanks to Branch Manager Angelique Tarrant (and her staff) for their monthly bouts of patience, understanding and personal attention, when my wife appears and requests paying her accounts manually! We transferred all of our banking from HSBC and Barclays to Nationwide last summer, and they have been terrific in every aspect ever since!!MIght be using 'the Machine' next time!!

Because I was encountering problems closing my account, I rang the Beaconsfield branch and spoke to Angelique, who immediately was able to advise me about other accounts which attracted far better rates of interest than what I was previously receiving! Angelique was so professional, I opened a different account and am considering further ways of investing other monies. She is a tremendous asset to your company, knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. If I hadn?t encountered her, I would have taken my money elsewhere !!!
