Ordered a bucket of chicken yesterday, the order was wrong and we found thick black hair in the chicken, took it back and they offered to make a fresh batch of chicken. Checked the 2nd bucket and also had thick black hair in it. Absolutely disgusting, makes me feel sick just thinking about it and puts me off ordering from any KFC. Environmental health need to go to this place.

Wrong burger order, flat tasteless drinks and a wrap that was stale with not alot of filling. All the food was cold even though we were the only ones ordering. A shame as we have had much better from here before.

The staff doesn?t know how to deal with customers. I ordered shake but the staff is throwing everywhere One of them doesn?t know how to talk and very rude. Worst KFC i ever visited.Doesn?t like at all.

Rude colleague decided to give the wrong food for starters and told me to get out the shop after I complained about the wrong food, this kfc always has a problem with getting the wrong food and lady was so unprofessional

I have ordered a bucket and popcorn chicken. They confirmed that all in one takeaway bag. We came home and found out that the popcorn is missing. No one answer the phone. Extremely poor service!!!

So I rang up to complain a woman answered I spoke to her explaining what had happened and guess what she put the phone down I'm presuming by her accent she was of no English vocabulary which is fine but not when you are working in a public food establishment in an English speaking country this isn't me being racist before anyone starts it's me being truthful I rang back and fella in the same accent answered this time I explained his colleague had put phone down but he didn't seem to know what I was talking about I asked for a refund as I paid £27 for 5 measly chicken pieces that were freezing and the gravy and corn on cob were also freezing this really needs to be sorted as the courier was 30 mins late the bag was all crunches up he also ignored me when I said it's cold no response at all I'm am sick to to death of being ripped off by food delivery company's and supposedly good food outlets just chucking what ever they think is the right order into a bag and then the delivery driver who was on a moped so should of been quicker delivering about 10 orders before you get yours I will be expecting a refund for this disgraceful attempt of an order from KFC Beaconsfield do not use this place for delivery it's a shambles I had to heat what we had been given I'm just praying we don't get an iffy gut this is for the Manager of Beaconsfield KFC

Have not had a kfc for a while so went and got one from here while on a tacho break.
It's was perfect everything was cooked properly and was not greasy

Literally the best KFC i?ve been to honestly?. The food was genuinely DELICIOUS. great service from a young man called Karim. He was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, 10/10 customer service. It?s rare to find such dedicated employees and he truly made our experience enjoyable. we?ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this location!

I had an amazing experience at this KFC, thanks to the incredible service from Karim! Not only was the food top-notch?crispy, golden fried chicken and delicious sides?but Karim made the visit even better with his friendly and attentive service. He made sure our order was perfect and even gave us great recommendations. The atmosphere was welcoming. If you?re craving comfort food with excellent service, KFC is the place to go, especially if Karim is there to help! Highly recommended!
