Toilet smelt in male Toilets ,clean but rotten smell, drain smell , which my partner told me about. Can't believe you have to pay for BBQ sauce when ordering food, that's what I was told when I asked if they had any (99p on the menu) they offer Tomato, Mayo, Mustard, Salad cream and MANGO sauce , really! WHY? What's wrong with BBQ
you have to pay extra ? And where has the meat gone and why does most items have alot of chilli's with majority of the food choice? I can't eat hot stuff (due to throat cancer) so limited to choice? And to top that 50 minute wait for cold food. Staff were AMAZING though , thank you to the manager for sorting food issues.
6.8.25 returned OMG food hot and and good, BBQ sauce now in bottle, haven't got to pay extra, toilets all good BUT need extra staff to keep on top of orders!

Quite easy to find , once you have parked your car.
Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors , and you can seat watch the lake with ducks moving by.
The service was of good standard and staff were responses to my needs.

went today with my daughter nd husband and my daughter brought a mcds in without realising to which they said we couldn?t eat in because of her mcds which was fine so she was gonna sit in the car with her mcds while me and my husband were going in and her and my husband quickly set the food on the table outside to get the car key while i was in the restaurant and a worker turned around and make a snarky comment about my daughter and husband (my daughters autistic so it really annoyed me and if she would of known or heard she would of been in tears) and when i confronted them and told them that she wasn?t gonna eat outside she was gonna eat in the car without them realising i was with them too they laughed and got quite snarky and snobby with me to which i left. bad service and horrible staff not considerate at all

We had two all day brunches and everything was over cooked. Will stick to Witherspoons in Marlow.

If you can see past the irony of having a Wetherspoon in a motorway services, then it is a really solid spoons, one of the best I've been to for a little while, even. Plenty of seating, clean facilities, often quiet, and quick service. There are some lovely booth seats upstairs that give a commanding view of the services below.

Jolly and helpful staff. Clean place with nice outside for good days.
Had Allday Brunch good value £11.
Looks good, had all nice elements but lukewarm spoilt the experience.
Previously cooked bacon was dry and tepid. Sausages & eggs were good. Beans had to ask to be heated up. Chips cooked freshly so crispy and hot; they were only part that was above room temp.
If whole lot had come on a hot plate and all elements were hot I would have enjoyed more and given higher rating. Because of that id say it was adequate.

A possibly racist manager who didn't ask any of the white costumers for ID, but did ask the 26 year old brown man and woman. To makes matters worse, he only did it after selling the beer, when already sat at a table, and then proceeded to remove the beer

Traditional breakfast with extra 2 x black pudding was excellent and £16 including 2 refill coffees is amazing value. The atmosphere can be interesting let?s put it at that ? the staff are fantastic!
