The ladies behind the counter where very friendly and the coffee served extra hot as asked for.There was only one other couple there hence the atmospher rating.

Great and spacious space to visit, well-maintained, clean and with its own parking spaces behind the building.
The atmosphere is cosy and friendly, and the service is impeccable.

More bothered about closing much earlier than serving customers. Very poor attitude of staff at this branch always close much earlier than 5pm. Worst branch I have visited so far

Nice branch with plenty of seating. Just wish some of the staff didn't make you feel like you're overstaying your welcome if you're still sat at a table 30mins before closing time.

A pity the staff were not as interested in their customers as they were in shutting on time. Arrived for a drink 30mins before closing and already over half the tables were closed off and customers forced into an ever smaller space to have their drinks. They were even reluctant to serve our drinks in glass/ceramic mugs preferring to serve all drinks in paper takeaway cups. I have had much better service at a motorway service area!
