Be smart and do not buy from Clarks for the following reasons:
1- Bad quality
2- Sales overpriced.
3- Not friendly staff
In less than 24 hours, I?ve returned 2 pairs of shoes due to Clarks fault. However, Ive paid the fare bus transportation 12 pounds.
The supervisor refused to pay the cost of transportation although its Clarks fault due to bad quality.
She never said sorry for Clarks fault.
Now Clarks, I don?t need your sorry, what I want is the cost of transportation because it?s your mistake.
Final advise for customers:
Be smart, you have another options with much better quality and positive attitude towards the customers. Moreover, you can save your money.

Excellent customer service. My mother has very painful arthritic feet and had struggled to find good fitting shoes. She ordered a pair online and found her feet slipped out when she walked. Both members of staff were incredibly helpful and patient and fixed the issue with some simple heel inserts. Couldn?t be happier with the service we received and would recommend to this shop to anyone.

Terrible experience. Ordered shoes online for collection in store. They claim they don't have the shoes and denied any responsibility. I've since checked the tracking with UPS only to see that they were delivered a week ago. They took no responsibility and quite literally said, "I just work here". Floored by how poor the service was. Really amateur customer service.

Went into clarks beaconsfield Sat 31st Aug and i have never witnessed such awful service and attitude from a manager. I have always gone to clarks for my kids shows and this was my first time here with the new manager. He was rude to customers shouting at them for standing in the wrong spot while waiting to return some shoes and then he was extremely rude to the young boy on the till dealing with a return,constantly interrupting him, then telling him to hurry and then having a go at him in front of a shop full because he took some shoes back that apparently he wasent satisfied with and shouldnt of been returned. He stank of smoke and also got quite rude with a customer who came to collect her order and making out that she had basically lied about getting an email saying they were ready, the overall experience was very uncomfortable. I will stick with maidenhead clarks from now on and will be putting in a formal complaint.

I was in the store at the same time as another reviewer. The store manager - Patrick I believe - was bullying his new young female staff (it was their first day) and being extremely aggressive, muttering ?Jesus Christ? under his breath as he walked out of the back of the store to have a cigarette. I am going to write a formal complaint.

Assisted my mother in returning some shoes, bald man behind desk was extremely rude, sighing and slamming boxes down in front of us. Has he never dealt with a return before? I advise he look for a different career. Unexpectedly unprofessional.

Visited the Beaconsfield branch today. The lady, Lisa, there was so helpful and added such value to my shopping experience. The items I purchased I am so happy with and her experience and help was invaluable. Such a great experience with true customer care.

Ordered 2 pairs online for collection. The refund of the pair that didn't fit was quick and easy. The staff in the Beaconsfield Branch were friendly. The boots are fabulous.

Clarks as usual, but less busy than some others

I went to Clarks today (6th Sept 2016), to have my daughter's foot measured and to purchase some shoes. After a long wait, no assistant helped so I decided to measure my daughters foot. At least then I would know her size. There were a few mothers in the shop and the assistant was clearly busy. So to help ease the pressure on her, I decided to use the tool to measure my daughter's foot. The assistant saw and snatched the tool from my hand and said customers were not allowed to use it and slammed the tool back in place. Then she walked away and helped another customer. I've dealt with this particular assistant before and she is a rude, obnoxious woman who lacks basic manners. I suppose it's better to shop online then at least you don't have to deal with an assistant who is toxic to customers. Can someone send her on a training course so she learns about customer service and not irritate customers?
