Excellent customer service. My mother has very painful arthritic feet and had struggled to find good fitting shoes. She ordered a pair online and found her feet slipped out when she walked. Both members of staff were incredibly helpful and patient and fixed the issue with some simple heel inserts. Couldn’t be happier... read full comment

Terrible experience. Ordered shoes online for collection in store. They claim they don't have the shoes and denied any responsibility. I've since checked the tracking with UPS only to see that they were delivered a week ago. They took no responsibility and quite literally said, "I just work here".
