The best charity shop I have ever been in,the stock was fantastic and it had a lot of really good things.I bought a lot and it came to a good price.Sandra the cashier was so lovely,helpful and extremely friendly.All thanks should go to her.This charity shop deserves a better reputation as it was the best out of all of them I?ve ever experienced

On a previous occasion I had a small glass nest of tables in perfect condition and was told by the manager he couldn?t take them. Took them again with a different manager on duty who was delighted to accept them. Recently I had a few bags with quite a lot of dress up costumes from my granddaughter which were in perfect condition. She was so excited to take them to the shop and was quite upset when told no we cannot accept them. We all understand about health and safety but that manager needs a bit of tact (to say the least!). I have taken quite a lot of good adults and children?s clothes plus other items there in the past but will never donate again. The items they have in the shop are completely overpriced, so I don?t know what happened to the very decent and expensive items that I took there in the past because I never saw them on display. Absolutely disgusting ?

Early March 2023Staff are all rude miserable and unhelpful. Everything is very over priced.There was a Staff member vacuuming around customers trailing the lead to the point of tripping someone up. Staff following me around shop.I did not feel welcome in this shop at all. This was not at closing time and I was made to feel very uneasy. .
