Revising my feedback after speaking with a friend. Neither good nor bad review, but I'm not bringing my car back here. The good with you on the day was 1 hour turnaround service at 2pm, but came at a premium price to remove a buckle for 2 rims after hitting a crazy pothole enroute to school in the morning. Paid £110 +VAT per wheel (£240 in total), I was shocked at this price (Granted - you had to call a mobile guys in to do the job). I had no choice but to get it done so I can pick up kids from school. Could have gone elsewhere at £60 per wheel (inc tyre removal, and refitting and balancing). I had to get it done so I can pick up kids from school. Otherwise I never would have paid that price.There's plenty better and cheaper local alternatives (speaking with school dad's after using your services).

I booked in for a Mot and service and then got a call to say a rear spring was broken and needed replacement to pass the Mot. I thought something had gone as there was a clonking from the rear near side wheel. John was very helpful and said it?s a Mercedes part and could be a couple of days to get it but will do his best to locate it. And locate he did. And the complete job was done the same day. My exhaust came loose on the way to work. Another garage recommended these guys as they couldn't fit me in. John was so friendly and accommodating and team got the car patched up so it was safe to drive within 10 mins allowing me to get back to work. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very poor service, I dropped in to get a tyre repaired when they first open in the morning and was abruptly told, far too busy, come back at 1130 hrs. I went back at 1130 hrs on the dot, only to be told far too busy you can wait 3 to 4 hours if you want. Why say come back at a specific time when they clearly don't monitor or have any booking system? They are so complacent and have no interest in the customer. The manager always seems so unhappy with his job, he should look for an alternative and cheer up! I will not return.

I?ve not been here for a while. Used to come here for tyres until a bodge job was done. Thought would give another go. Phoned in and took car down as requested. I was very friendly and totally flexible on time, but Manager was incredibly rude and stressed - so decided to go elsewhere. Won?t use this place again. I?d avoid. Drove to Little Chalfont to Merit who were amazing.

Went in without a booking and was welcomed in and a gentlemen from the company came straight out and helped me with my tyres. So friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend.

RIP OFF - AVOIDI was a very loyal and an old customer of Broadway tyres when they were just a tyre centre. The manger was always very helpful. However, I noticed every time one of the owners was there, I needed a tyre replacement rather than repair.Since they changed to Broadway Autocentre and they offer service and MOT , the quality of work dropped drastically and if the owners are there then the cost of anything is tripled. A simple service and MOT that usually cost me with my local garage maximum £299, cost me £1500 last July. I had to go back twice for the routine things they had forgotten to do?..: I was ripped off for the parts that the car didn?t need. They checked my car two months prior and told me all was good but they failed MOT for the same part they had checked two months prior to the service and MOTThey are making a lot of money out of blaming potholes for damages to the car and failing MOT.My family and I will never go back there again. I found a really helpful and honest garage locally.

My partner took a tyre in for a puncture repair. Broadway took one look at it and said the puncture was too near the sidewall - implying that the tyre needed to be replaced.Took it to Quickfit in HighWycombe for a second opinion. They measured the location of the puncture and said that it was just within limits, repaired it and I?m back on the road.Guess where I?d recommend going in future?

My dad had a nail in his tyre so popped in to see if he could get it fixed, he was ignored for some time and eventually when someone did speak to him, they were bordering rude and abrasive, he left and visited Merityre in Hazlemere who were much more professional and fixed it there and then for him

We were travelling to a staycation when we broke down on the M25. After calling for a recovery vehicle we desperately needed a garage to look at our overheating car. We called multiple garages in the Beaconsfield area and no one was willing to help us (4.30pm on a monday), except Broadway autocentres! We got the car recovered to them and they stayed after hours to get us sorted.Can't thank them enough for going above and beyond and saving our summer break.
