I was texted to say my prescription was ?ready?. I went to get it but it was not complete. Why waste my time and Boots?s time sending untrue texts? A chaotic shop.

The store manager is rude to his employees which has been observed on multiple occasions. The employees are always nice and helpful, he creates an awful stressful atmosphere in the shop which makes shopping as a customer unpleasant. Barges past customers and asks them to move out of the way when they are shopping for products. The shop is not particularly big so it?s not like it would take him miles to walk around to his destination instead of disturbing customers. In my instance I was crouching down to look at some items in couple of the aisles and instead of taking an alternative route he would ask me to make way for him and disturb what I?m looking at and trying to buy. He would add and move items around where I was trying to shop for the items - surely a manger should know to wait for the customer to be done then just disturb what they?re doing/interfere with their shopping experience? He would unnecessarily boss the employees about and really talk down to them in front of customers which doesn?t seem very professional. Observed referring to his employees as ?that one? ?the other one? ?she? instead of using their names. He walks around the shop like a cloud of black negative energy, which visibly put the employees on edge and even me as a customer. Just an overall negative shopping experience caused by a bad manager.

Truly unpleasant pharmacist. Avoid.
He is so rude and unhelpful, as found by many of the other people leaving reviews here. Boots, why don't you address this? He told me that my cream was out of stock (and at the time, it was) and I needed to go back to the GP for an alternative. When I rang my GP, they looked it up on the system, and supplies had by then become available. I went back to this pharmacist in Boots but he insisted that the GP pharmacist was wrong; he couldn't be bothered to check his system again and was really rude, talking over me. I walked to the chemist next door and, without any problem, they ordered it in for collection the next day.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the pharmacist at this store today, I am away for a few days miles away from home traveled 8 miles to the pharmacy and been refused a generic boots over the counter medication, which is less potent than my brand name usual prescription, that I explained, I am currently struggling without, Was spoken down to as if I were to be misusing!, left annoyed, upset, and in pain, my home boots store it has never been an issue! ?He was totally unreasonable.

Went to obtain a prescription on 28.2.25. Very unhelpful man and abrupt. I nearly walked out in disgust.

Appalling service. Make-up supplies inconveniently locked away so you have to wait for a member of staff to open cupboards to see products up close. I was watched like a hawk from the minute the cupboards were opened and made to feel very uncomfortable. I wanted to buy a product I had never bought before and there were several different brands that I wanted to compare. Employee in question would only open two cupboards at a time so I had to get her back to open more, which took several minutes. She then told me she had to stand over me because lots of people steal the products. It was incredibly stressful- not only did she make me feel under time pressure to view the products, I was also made to feel like a guilty party just for wanting to shop around. She completely ruined the experience and I chose to leave without purchasing. Employee in question showed no politeness or discretion and I found her insinuations incredibly offensive. While I understand that theft might be an issue for this store, other stores are able to manage this without being rude and causing offence to their customers, of which the majority are perfectly reasonable people. I am a respectable middle-aged woman that was one of only three people in the shop at the time. I was clearly not a threat and her behaviour was entirely disproportionate. I will absolutely never be shopping here again.

My family and I have been using the pharmacy counter at this Boots for almost 40 years. The pharmacists there have always been very good and Sanjay in particular has often gone out of his way to be helpful in a crisis.

The pharmacist is very strange. His behaviour comes across as obnoxious and he may not be aware of social norms or how to behave in polite society. I can only assume that nobody would actively seek to be that confrontational and rude over nothing, so he must be unable to read social cues, non-verbal cues and facial expressions. It would be best if he was taken out of a customer facing role immediately, before you lose more clientele. His behaviour is infamous in Beaconsfield.

The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful to my 80-year-old mother, who asked for advice. We will not be using this pharmacy again. The awful experience doesn't merit 1 star.
