Went to WHSmiths high street post office today in Aylesbury, to get passport forms and asked the gentleman behind the counter how to renew my drivers licence, he politely said I can do it here all I need is to take a photo and fill in the form, and you done. Great service

I went to the post office this morning and the queue was right up to the entrance of the store. Only two sales assistants were working while there was a lady who was only interested in making things ready for the next shift. She was also behind the counter.
