I was visiting Aylesbury and my sister in Switzerland asked for a couple of books for me to bring over. I went into the store and asked at the desk. They were so friendly and efficient. They found they had the books and then walked me to the exact location. They then asked if I was all sorted before going back to the desk. I chose the books and paid and the young lady thanked me with a smile and wished me a good day.
It was a pleasure to shop here and not asking for help, is I think, a lost opportunity in shopping.
I now feel bad I never got the store service assistants name to post on here.

Extremely helpful and always happy to order books that are not in stock and generally arrive very quickly. Worth joining their "Plus" loyalty scheme as points accumulate towards £10 credit.
