I was visiting Aylesbury and my sister in Switzerland asked for a couple of books for me to bring over. I went into the store and asked at the desk. They were so friendly and efficient. They found they had the books and then walked me to the exact location. They then asked if I was all sorted before going back to the desk.... read full comment
