This is my local branch but my experience with Vodafone on the phone today has meant I feel the need to share.
Purchased a sim only plan March 2023 for my mobile dongle. Service was fine for a while then poor so stopped using the sim in early 2024 but continued to pay as I had been told in a Vodafone shop that I would have to pay the full remainder of the sim plan up front to cancel early. At the end of the contract in March 2025 my 24 months was up so stopped paying. At this point I had paid over £350 for a service I had not used, which as I said above, upon the advice of the person at Vodafone, I accepted. Today, (5/6/25) I received a letter from Vodafone for the first time (that was not them trying to get me to purchase their home broadband) dated 30/5/25 saying I had an outstanding bill of £67.18, which had been sent to a debt collector and would be reported to the CRA on 4/6/25 which had already passed when I got the letter. I called Vodafone immediately, explained the situation and they demanded a payment of £98.32 for 3 months of service that they continued to provide me as they said there was no record of my attempt to end the contract in 2024 or my issues with the poor service. I said to them that I had paid til the end of my contract and then cancelled but they said there was no record and that in order to cancel and avoid further charges I had to pay the almost £100 which I certainly cannot afford. I an raising a formal complaint as I am disgusted by this greed and poor service. I want others to avoid the same experience that I have had. They?ll happily take your money for a service they?re not providing. Recon they will still report to the CRA despite holding me to ransom and forcing me to pay something I can?t afford. Appalled. Avoid at all costs.

I have used this place for years, always great service. Today went in to upgrade my phone. Chose a phone, all good. Arjun went through all the screens but kept saying the system was crashing. I sat there for TWO HOURS while he tried. The other guy was processing customers fast, no issues but clearly wss not interested in helping Arkun sort this problem out. Finally Arjun claimed it was a problem on my account and he couldn't help me. I knew there was nothing wrong with my account. So I walked away having wasted two hours plus petrol and parking. I phoned Vodafone when I got home. The reason why is wasn't going through waa because the phone is TOTALLY out of stock. So Arjun kept me on that stool for two hours trying to order an non existent phone - and then tried to blame it on me. Unbelievable. I won't be back, needless to say.

Went into Aylesbury Vodafone Branch to get a New Contract Phone
Unfortunately because of the Managers bad attitude we decided not to Part with our hard earned money
Needs to show better Customers Skills instead of such an abrupt nature

Came here yesterday 6th of April, I was served by Callum, I went in for a upgrade, he dealt with it professionally and very efficiently, nothing was to much trouble, he found me the best deal there was possible, very kind, helpful and certainly knows what he talking about, excellent customer service throughout my visit, will definitely be recommending friends and family, and I walked away with a new phone and very satisfied.Thank you Callum

Visited to buy a USB dongle. Like all phone shops the service is protracted so waiting can be a problem but I was in & out in 20 minutes - not bad!
