Awful customer service. They will try to get you to spend as much money as they possibly can. Wouldn?t recommend this store to absolutely anyone unless you want to wait over a month for your glasses and then another month because they?ve ordered the wrong size lenses! Would give it 0 stars if I could. So many issues with this store it is unreal. It?s genuinely one thing after another.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses after my eye test. Both frames weren?t the ones I ordered but similar. I took them as I needed glasses but the sun glasses frame is like a kids frame so I thought I?d return them only after I got my backup pair of glasses.I think her name is Jess is really good and the best member of staff in my experience at the store. She is really helpful.Today I went to pickup my insurance repaired glasses. I was second in line and was told to take a seat. The new person there finished up with the customer he was with. Proceeded to ignore me and help a random person who walked into the store to find specsavers. Another person who walked into the store. By the time he went to help at the counter I decided to get up and leave as my time is being wasted. Only when I got up and started to leave did the person try to help me. Turns out the frames were not the ones I ordered which I told him and I want a delivery on the correct pair as I am not wasting my time again to be ignored.My current glasses I was pressured into reactor lenses when I wanted a normal pair and sunglasses. Now they are supposed to be reactor lenses but the sun today proved they are not. I cannot return them as I will be without glasses. My sunglasses don?t work as sunglasses as the lens aren?t big enough - again not the frame I ordered.I have put a complaint in with corporate in the hopes my issue gets resolved and I?ll be calling the store in the hopes I get Jess (the woman with the tattoos and nose piercing. Sorry if your name isn?t Jess) as at least she explains things to either replace the wrong frame on the sunglasses and to find out why this happened in the first place.I accidentally ended up signing the yearly contract as the new guy spoke so quietly and I thought it was for the insurance. Luckily the two women staff explained the contract to me when I came in to pick up the glasses.I suggest if you get the new person in store to wait until someone else is available or try the other vision express.

I signed up for the direct debit scheme, not only did they charge me twice, I am still yet to receive my contact lenses. I am currently in dispute with them and have now signed up with spec savers. Considering the amount of money you have to pay, I am disappointment with the service!

I attended the Aylesbury Friars Square Vision Express this morning for a routine eye test. Kakkad provided excellent customer service, was incredibly knowledgeable and super kind. He even showed me my eye examination photos and explained what everything meant - I learned so much and had some good recommendations for my eye health! I had a much better experience here than specsavers or boots! Thank you :)

My autism child had an eye test with Amber and the whole service was absolutely brilliant. She showed so much patience towards my son and made the journey so easy for him. I was so impressed how much time and effort she made with my son . The whole team were very helpful and very professional.

I went back for re-test as the first prescription given was not perfect, vision was blurry. When i said i could see better with my old glasses, then she just change prescription same as to the old glasses instead of correcting their prescription. Paid 25 pounds for no reason.

I couldn't recommend Vision Express Aylesbury enough, they have been extremely helpful and professional during my Contact Lens process. Special mention to Amber, who was incredibly helpful and gave fantastic advice to any queries I had.
