Lovely lovely staff - both the optometrist and the optician. It was a very clear and interesting, excellently explained eye test and the lady who helped me choose and fitted my new glasses was thorough and considerate in every way. I am excited to receive my new glasses and pleased with the payment plan I chose.

I visited Vision Express on Walton Street in Aylesbury today (23rd July) around 1pm, and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the member of staff who helped me. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond ? not only replacing the nose pads on my glasses but also tightening the screws and making sure everything was perfectly adjusted. It was more than I expected, and the service was excellent. Thank you again!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, professional staff. The opthalmologist picked up a side effect of a drug I was taking - the cause of ocular migraine. My GP had missed this. Took time to listen to and answer all questions
