Had 2 rear tyres replaced in October 2023, which seemed ok ?..However! Almost 2 months later one wheel comes off while I?m driving. The roadside recovery inspected and informed me that neither of the back wheels had been tightened to the correct amount. I repeated this info to this garage who then did an inspection and told me that they?d get back to me with a list of what needed doing. Nobody got back to me which is interesting?Obviously I can?t prove that they didn?t tighten the wheels properly, but isn?t it coincidental that the same wheels that they took off initially were the ones found to be loose?? I now have a totally damaged wheel , the wheel rim and I?ve been told not to drive the car until fixed!

Excellent service from my phone call at 8am. Dropped car off to have puncture repaired ended up with two back tyres due to wear and tear. Very approachable and happy with service. I was recommended from my local garage. Thank you for sorting.

What rip off merchants went down to get a price for a back box for my girlfriends vauxhall astra they wanted £229 pounds went on eBay got it for £75 pounds put it on myself ten mins I would like to know where they got there price from be very aware john

Absolutely shocking customer service, went in there for abit of advice or hoping the mechanic could spare 2 minutes of his time checking my back door that was jammed, point blank got told no come back in a week or so and walked off before i could even say anything, fair enough your busy but the attitude was shocking , I ended up going to Halford and they did it in under 2 minutes for me!

Soo... had an experience with another garage that we have used many times in the past that caused me to lose faith with the mechanic there. We needed an alternator replaced and had an issue with the DPF. Took the car to the team here which was looked at sooner than I expected. Over the cause of a few days all issue were resolved. More importantly I felt looked after and thatbthe issue we had were ex0lained to me in a way that I understood (not a petrol head at all...) Have booked again for brakes and new wheels too. Lee and team provide a first class service with a friendly manner. My experience with them has always been excellent and I recommend them without hesitation.Their 4-wheel alignment service is very good, and Lee supplied an intelligent explanation as to what had been done and why.
