Absolutely terrible service, the amount of times in the past 2 weeks I have phoned ( which has taken ages for someone to answer) to speak to the hire desk and all I get is, what's your number and name and someone will get back to you.It's been 5 hours ( 21.30, doubt they are open now) since I phoned them. Have sourced what I need elsewhere.
