In store the staff are very kind and helpful, I had bought some heavy duty wood screws from this store but it turned out the wrong screws were in the box not just my box but the whole range they had in stock were incorrect. I spoke to Gary from the Summerset call centre this morning to see if they had rectified there issue and if I could buy some he was souly focused on getting my personal details instead, saying its data protection when im not calling asking for anything in relation to my order or my details just want to know about the product. He then terminated the call after iv been waiting on the phone for more the 20 mins in a que.I think the customer service level is rubbish and wouldn't recommend anyone bothering

Not a bad place but do not hold much stock. I was only after 1 thousand standard size screws (5 boxes) and only had 600.

With low prices & plenty of stock-always worth looking online here rather then paying B&Q prices. Click & collect very efficient-lady on counter always very helpful too. With small On site car park & long opening hours.

Toolstation is my first call when I'm looking for something to finish my DIY project and they never disappointed me. Toolstation in Aylesbury is my favourite one, just because customer service is always very helpful with excellent knowledge about product they offer, extremely fast with delivering fantastic service and when walk in they always smile and make me feel very welcome. Excellent job guys, thank you so much.
