I phoned this store after a unsuccessful visit to Tring road. The chap was cheerful and said he could do immediately as no other customers. When i arrived he quoted £13.something.They were done immediately. I queried a different price to Tring road store and he explained stilettoes 12 something, ladies heeled shoes 13 something and mens shoes/flat boots £15 . Completely different attitude and price.He couldn't understand chap at Tring road store could charge more and not be able to complete for 2 / 3 days although he had advised away for two days.

Left my Rado watch for repair, a week later someone text and called me, that my watch was stolen. Never heard from them ever since. Try to call them, looks like they blocked my number. Another scam. Over £2500 watch wasted. And paid upfront for repairs. ?????
Few months after they send me email for less than half money offer, and still no response. They hiding themselves and delayed in every possible way. Pathetic. People, stay away from those company, you can be scammed.

Went in to ask about a leather jacket. Shop assistant was more interested in his phone. When asked how much the jacket would be I was curtly pointed towards the price list. Didn't even look up from his phone.
Got the jacket done elsewhere as the member of staff clearly couldn't be bothered!

The term great service would not do this fine establishment justice. They can fix a watch in 30 seconds and didn't even charge and instead just asked for a donation in the charity box. Top class.
