After cutting three keys, the key still doesn't operate the lock.
I will not be going back to try a 4th cutting so that's £10 down the drain.

Went in with ladies heeled shoes to be rehealed. Quoted £15 and told it wouldn't be for 2 / 3 days as he was away for two days. I asked if possible to have done same day and he told me not. I requested the number of another store in Aylesbury so i could phone before travelling which he supplied. This store ( At Broadfields Tesco store ) When I phoned the chap was cheerful and said he could do immediately as no other customers. When i arrived he quoted £13.somthing.They were done immediately. I queried a different price and he explained stilettoes 12 something, ladies heeled shoes 13 something and mens shoes/flat boots £15 . Completely different attitude. He couldn't understand why this chap would have such a backlog and could charge more.

Great service from Timpson @ Tesco Tring Road.
I got 2 keys fixed for my car. Kevin was extremely friendly, helpful & went the extra mile. I have shared this with my friends and family and we are all going to Timpson @ Tesco Tring Road whenever we next need to use services provided by Timpson

Really helpful and friendly. Gave advice on heel repairs and fixed my daughter?s watch within 10 mins while we popped into Tescos. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Recently visited. Very friendly polite lad working there.Giving a one star due to this shop being so expensive?!! Two keys cut and passport photos came to £31???

No customers all day asked the guy to look at my watch to see if he can tighten it due to trapped air. Couldn?t touch it apparently cause he couldn?t prove the authenticity?.. funny? I was just asking to have the back tightened, whether the watch was real or not shouldn?t have anything to do with it. It?s not like it was a Rolex!

Very helpful staff. Took a key back that wasn't working properly. Cut me another one without any fuss and was very polite. Thank you Timpson for a good customer service.

Called in today for some keys to be cut (Sunday) whilst shopping in Tesco. A nice friendly lad on the counter.A Fast efficient service.

Clearly have no experience in cutting keys. If you want your shoes sorted out fine but it took 3 visits to the shop to tell me that I need to get a code for my key. Complete waste of probably 2 hours of my time. Staff members are clearly inexperienced if they can?t tell me that the first time around. No apology for wasting my time, nothing. If you want a ?professional? to get your keys cut, don?t go here. Shocking service and I won?t be returning. Doesn?t even deserve one star.
