Nice customer service.. however three itself has bad reputation for their service. In my area HP there is no signal, data, even I am not able tonreceive SMS and I have to pay for everything even though they do not provider me service, great theft of the century....my business Is affected...to cancel the service I have to pay around 600 pounds for early cancellation... Why I should pay for it...Three Is the worst provider in the UK... I won't recommend anyone

What amazing customer service i received by their assistant in the 3 shop, in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The man had a Spanish name - sorry but I cannot remember exactly what it is., forgive me. I was in a real predicament and had just been treated so badly by O2 who are situated next to the 3 store, Aylesbury.
I explained my problem to this amazing person at 3 stire, and with only 15 minutes until it was time to close, he persistently continued to help, until the bitter end. All that I wanted, which was to pair my new Samsung watch to my Samsung A25+ mobile phone had been achieved, and more! The problem was the watch i bought from O2, and my mobile was from 3.
Everything was an absolute problem with O2, and when I went in to 3, this man, I'm certain was my angel ?!
My next review is now to O2, everyone, watch out for my review, and all about the dreadful service I received from one of the store assistants. A you guy, that I now regret not taking his name down, before storming out of their store - O2 Aylesbury.
So much so, I even questioned this guy, whether he truly loved his job. Everything was a problem and he made me feel like an absolute idiot - and that i am not. The O2 guy was dreadful.
Save yourselves the pain ?. Skip O2 in Aylesbury. and go in to 3....amazing products, amazing network service, and more importantly, amazing human customer service. I understand that this chappy in 3 does not recieve commission for redolving my problem which made my lifr easiet - feeling the ease still ?. Thank you so much, you really really made me happy.

Moving house affected my broadband hub connectivity. In store Jessica was really helpful and we spoke to technical support who put me at ease. Then went home to phone technical support, followed their advice & my speed test improved from 61Mbps to 200+ after resetting. Very patient technical guy! Also learned a few tips! Fantastic support all round. Thank you.

Absolutely rude customer service. The guy named james was absolutely rude about nothing. This kind behavior is not appreciated. The administration need to train their staff before bringing them to store.

Fantastic staff, extremely helpful with everything. I left three a few years ago and went to SIM only. I have now come back to a contract and I am extremely pleased. So much so I have now had the other half move from her provider to three. I highly recommend going to three, fantastic prices on their tariffs and in store deals are fantastic.

They are very nice when selling it to you, but after that, you get to see their true customer service.

The service I received from Tarek, Jessica and James when I came into the 3 Aylesbury store was impeccable.
Very welcoming and their customer service skills second to none, but their knowledge about the products were amazing.
I'd definitely reccomend this 3 store to friends and family.
