Super helpful staff, the younger blonde boy was very polite and explained the differences and reasons behind prices and sizes so clearly. He explained to me what EDTs and EDPs were without being condescending which is a very common thing now a days. I went in looking for a perfume for my little brother (14) and I was given a few different options of older ?staple? scents and newer popular scents. So helpful and polite ?

Poor customer service. They were kind of rude. I pay for the tfs card, I am supposed to receive samples when I purchase, but they never have any in store. I asked how many discounts I?ve got left, they did not bother to check, their reply was ? you have plenty?, I paid 3.50 for a gift package, but it looked so badly I actually had to redo it myself. I think I will stick to online shopping.

Toby at the Aylesbury store was so very helpful. I was looking for a similiar scent to Cartier Roadster & he searched online aswell as give me lots of strips of different testers that he thought might be nice. Even researching which notes the Cartier Roadster contained. Lovely lad & a credit to the company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I returned an item which I was told would be put forward and never was, it has been 2 weeks since I returned the item and I have not received my refund as the store did not put forward the request. After speaking to many people I should now have the refund through in the next few days. Thank you to Nicola from the customer service team who helped with my issue.

poor service! They didn't fulfil their promise to price match boots price. For example, Boots had a perfume for £45 and it was £90 here and when we asked why its not been matched, they were just rude!
