Decent shop, one of my go to stores for wrestling figures. Staff are very good, always friendly. I have a little game with one of the guys who always tries to guess the band on the metal t-shirt I'm wearing. Always nice chatting to him about music or wrestling depending on what figures I buy. Brilliant service all round in this store.

All the staff here are wonderful. I often bring my child to this store because it seems to help calm her down, and I can?t praise the staff enough. In particular, the man who kindly allowed my dog in was so thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you :)

Staff are extremely helpful unfortunately I didn't get his name.
I went into Aylesbury branch of the Entertainer.
I was looking for a birthday present for my grandaughter, a member staff showed me where all art and crafts were and made suggestions on what to buy.
I ended up buying two craft items, make your own tea light holder and craft etching set.
I am really happy with items I bought, and the excellent customer service.

Staff including the manager seemed confused about why/how to provide a paper receipt when my email receipt didn't materialise (I left a bit of time before going back, checked my spam, all the basic stuff). At first they assured me that it just takes several hours for an e-receipt to come through, then they kept saying "the best we can do" is put the items back through the till as an exchange and then give you that receipt - which would be absolutely no help if I wanted to return any later for a refund. Eventually I just got a refund before I left the store instead of risking hassle later down the line.
12hrs later and that email receipt never arrived.
